Halcyon Surveying LLC is a specialty practice that focuses on residential properties in Clatsop County. We are a low volume service so we can concentrate on the needs of our clients. We carefully explain the process and timelines that are required to complete a quality survey.
We are professionally licensed with a wide scope of boundary experience surveying in Washington, California, Wyoming, Colorado and Oregon. With five (05) years of experience working in the Clatsop County Surveyor office we bring an in-depth knowledge of the local area with a full understanding of the nuances of working in Astoria, Warrenton, Seaside, and Cannon Beach.
Our Surveyor
Our licensed surveyor is Paul Putkey. Paul has 15 years of experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Geomatics, Surveying Option, from Oregon Institutes of Technology, Computer Aided Drafting and Design Certificate from Clatsop Community College and has completed the U.S. Department of Interior Advanced Cadastral Survey Course.
